MultiPod Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
MultiPod does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
What the app does with your data
- Radio streams. When you press play, the app connects directly to the station's public stream URL (for example, the BBC or TalkSport). No listening data is sent to us.
- Your stations. Custom stations you add, your station order, hidden stations, and your last-played station are stored only on your Mac, in the app's local preferences. They never leave your device.
- Station catalog. The catalog search uses the free Radio Browser API to find stations. Your search queries are sent to that service so it can return results. We do not see or store these queries.
- Speakers. Your HomePod selection is managed by macOS itself via the system AirPlay picker. MultiPod does not record which speakers you use.
What we don't do
- No analytics or crash reporting frameworks.
- No advertising identifiers.
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No data shared with third parties, except the Radio Browser API queries described above.
